in order to improve the energy efficency of existing urban facilities ARELSA offers turn-key projects that consist of installing energy saving devices and telemanagement terminals.

 

ARELSA is responsible for the initial investment and O+M, and we charge a monthly fee that depends directly on the real, obtained savings until full payback.

 

These projects are targeted to Municipalitoes and ESE companies.

 

MicroESE project phases:

- Initial audit.

- Installation of CitiGIS platform.

- Selection of pertinent facilities.

- Cabinet and/or Light point refurbishment.

- System maintenance.

- Cost and savings reporting.

- Final results datasheet.
